Mr. Moses F. Tengbeh

Executive Director

Mr. Tengbeh is a volunteer, an actor, a songwriter, a graphic designer, a UX/UI designer, and an educator. He is currently a student at the University of Liberia studying Software Engineering. He served as the Head of Training at Innoignite, and Program Director at Church Profile Liberia. He also served as a classroom teacher for over five years and is currently serving as the Founder and National Director of Transnovate Liberia, a nonprofit and non-governmental youth center organization whose aim is to bridge the gap among the youth in the field of technology.

He is a winner of the "2022 Prestigious BELITCH Golden Image Awards as Innovative Tech of the Year 2021" and "The Liberian Youth SDGs Champion Awards 2022" as a champion of SDG #4 (Quality Education).

Ms. Jewel Y. Paye

Secretary General

Ms. Jewel Y. Paye is a student at the University of Liberia studying environmental science as a major and is currently a participant in Naymote's training.
She obtained a certificate of completion in Smartphone Graphic Design and Introduction to Website Development from Innoignite. Ms. Paye also obtained a certificate of completion in Tie & Dye from Praise Chapel and a certificate of completion from USAID YOUTH ADVANCE as a leader in Early Childhood, Work Base, Community Mapping, Peer pressure, and many more.

She is passionate about impacting the lives of people and is relentless in pursuing lifelong learning.

Mr. Victor Phillip Bongay

Director of National Affairs

Mr. Victor Philip Bongay is a Christian, Poet, Actor, and aspiring Public Administrator.
He is an undergraduate student of the African Methodist Episcopal University (AMEU), reading Public Administration, major and Sociology, minor.
He is a Graphic Designer and current facilitator at TRANSNOVATE - LIBERIA.
He is an alumnus of the NetLib Vocational Institution (NVTI) where he came out as a Certified Electrician.
He is also the Program Coordinator at WYPW - When Young People Worship.
Mr. Bongay is a devoted Christian and passionate about youth empowerment.
He now serves as a Leader of the Music Department in the youth and young adults church at Harvest Cathedral (The Move), where he worshiped, and also works as Administrator for Publicity at the Harvest Intercontinental Cathedral - Liberia.
His love and desire for impact have led him to become an Educator and a seasoned Volunteer who is eager to positively empower youth.

Mr. Gabriel Charles Gargard

Director of Training 

Mr. Gabriel Charles Gargard is a student at the University of Liberia, currently pursuing a Science and Technology degree, specializing in Cybersecurity. His passion for tech extends beyond the classroom, as evidenced by his additional certifications in Graphic Design from Transnovate Liberia and an online certification in web design.
This multi-faceted skillset positions him for a promising career at the intersection of creativity and technology.

Mr. Anthony S. Tengbeh Sr.

Executive Advisor

Mr. Tengbeh is currently a PhD Candidate in Environmental Toxicology at the Africa Center of Excellence, Center of Public Health and Toxicological Research, University of Port Harcourt. He holds an MSC in Environmental Management and Quality Control and an MSC in Biodiversity Conservation from Njala University in Sierra Leone.

Mr. Tengbeh also has a certificate of completion from the World Bank Group in MSMEs in the Forest Sector, Climate Change and Health, Air Quality Management, Toxicology Risk Assessment, and many other certificates of completion from both International and local institutions.

He has extensive experience in academia, including lectureships in Environmental Science, Biology, and more at prestigious institutions/Universities in Liberia.
